Bismillah ir-rahman ir-raheem
(In the name of God the most compassionate most merciful),

The Quran states:
"He has only forbidden you ˹to eat˺ carrion, blood, swine, and what is slaughtered in the name of any other than Allah. But if someone is compelled by necessity—neither driven by desire nor exceeding immediate need—they will not be sinful. Surely Allah is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful." [2:173]

So God informs us don't consume it. He is our creator who has designed our bodies and knows what is best for us and there are only a few things that where forbidden to us in a world full of beautiful foods we have been blessed with.

However, He is also the most compassionate and merciful. He knows we may face challenges that may not be able to be avoided and with this, eases the worry of muslims by adding in the final part of the ayat "But if someone is compelled by necessity—neither driven by desire nor exceeding immediate need—they will not be sinful. Surely Allah is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.".
